Age is something many of us have been obsessed with. When we were younger,we wanted to look a bit older. When we got older, we wanted to look a bit younger. Nobody wants to look older. But could you be doing things that will age you, without even knowing?
Below are things that make you look older than you are:
Sleep’s importance can not be over emphasized. Sleeping for 3-4 hours every night because you are a busy person might sound cool to people. Funnily enough, you might even wake up and feel very okay, but in the long run,lack of ‘good sleep’ is putting your health and even your beauty in danger. When we sleep our body detoxify, it heals and send beauty to the body. You don’t want to look older than your real age? Start craving for much sleep as possible.
Lack of exercise
Not exercising is another thing that can ‘age’ you. Exercises sound cool in theory but difficult in practicals. If you don’t want to look older than you are, you have to exercise daily. People who look fabulous even as they enter sixties tend to exercise daily.
Smoking can cause lung cancer or any other diseases that are injurious to health. If it doesn’t cause any diseases, you are going to age super-fast.
Alcohol dehydrates. Most people wake up after night of drinking with huge thirst, but what a lot of people do not realize is that it dehydrates skin that way. When the skin is dehydrated, it becomes parched and you experience fine lines and wrinkles that way. Try two or three months without alcohol to see how you will feel and look. Alcohol is one of the top things that make you look older.
Arguably,everyone get stressed at some point or the other. In fact, It’s okay for you to say ‘stress get on top of me, but how am I supposed to avoid it when I’m around so many stressful situations?’ Everyone get stressed although some people get stressed than the other. The trick is to ensure it doesn’t affect your looks.
